Established in 2017, ConneXtions is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation that provides disability support services to adults and children in Wodonga, Shepparton, Yarrawonga and surrounding areas.

We are people with a lived experience who work with you to live your best life, including a safe and secure home of your own, a sense of belonging and valued role contributing to the local community. We support self-direction and self-management, with the aim of ensuring that you and your support network are at the centre of everything we do.
