About Us
ConneXtions is a not-for-profit, social inclusion organisation created to support people with disabilities to realise an inclusive life, rich in belonging and relationships with others.
We support self-direction and self-management, and work in partnership with you, your family and support network to explore your choices and to help you achieve your goals.
Our Beginnings
ConneXtions was formed in 2017 after a 2 year consultation and co-design process with people with a disability, their families, allies, and supporters in North East Victoria.
We are people with a lived experience working with people to get the best possible life, a typical and ordinary life, including a safe and secure home of their own, a valued role contributing to the community through work or other socially valued roles, and a happy and purposeful life.

Donations
ConneXtions has been formally assessed and registered as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) by the Australian Taxation Office. All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
Your contribution will help people with disability and their families through funding items and services that are not funded by the NDIS.
