About ConneXtions

Our Beginnings

ConneXtions was formed after a 2 year consultation and co-design process with people with disability, their families, allies, and supporters in North East Victoria.

We are people with a lived experience working with people to get the best possible life, a typical and ordinary life, including a safe and secure home of their own, a valued role contributing to the community through work or other socially valued roles, and a happy and purposeful life.

Our Vision

To realise full participation, respect, support and belonging, for people with disabilities, to live the life of their choice, and be valued for who they are.
